As a startup we’re looking for investors help get things started. We’re committed to developing technology that can jam firearms using acoustic waves. We’re pretty flexible and generous and have only been looking for investors for a short time. However, we have also been able to identify several additional applications that look extremely promising.
We have already done a number of things with the hardware and software that we have, showing that we’re on the right track. We understand the hardware and the software, but as of right now we don’t have any investors and are looking for some help. We need $80,000 to fund a 6-month effort to show proof-of-concept and examples of the technology. The algorithm used to create the waveform has already been shown to work, and to have additional applications that are also promising.
The $80k investment will provide the investor with a 10 percent equity in the company for both the gun stopper technology and for the additional applications that are developed.
